This notice explains how EFG Architects handles information through this website.

We receive the name, email address, message and optional project or organisation details you choose to provide. We use them to respond and discuss your enquiry.

Our website form delivers enquiries to the members of the EFG team who handle them, with Ed Gooch as the primary contact. If you choose to email us instead, your email application shows the recipients before you send.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Cloudflare hosts the website and provides the form's verification service. Resend delivers form messages, and Microsoft 365 handles our office email. These services process information needed to operate and protect the website and deliver your message.

Providers may process information outside Canada under their service arrangements.

The interactive map on our projects page loads map resources from OpenFreeMap when the page opens. Like other online resource requests, this provides the service with connection information such as your IP address. The full project list opens on its own without loading the map.

Map positions may identify a city or community rather than an exact building site.

We keep enquiries while responding to them and afterwards as reasonably needed for our business, professional and legal obligations. Our email and service providers also retain information under their applicable settings and agreements.

Contact us to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements. We may need appropriate information to confirm a request is yours.

Please avoid sending sensitive identity documents unless we establish a necessary and secure way to handle them.
